		<description>You&#039;ve got your terminology reversed. The double-slashed, inactive code is &#039;commented&#039;. It&#039;s turned into text that PHP ignores as meaningless programmer musings. To &#039;uncomment&#039; would be to remove the double slashes and let PHP read the code again.</description>
